布拉格中央火车站是一个国际交通枢纽。从邻近欧洲国家如德国、波兰、斯洛伐克、奥地利、匈牙利、瑞士和荷兰始发的国际列车经停车站。旅客从布拉格中央火车站搭乘国际列车到达德国的慕尼黑、柏林或汉堡十分便利。国内火车可通过捷克城市如布尔诺、比尔森、契斯凯布达和奥洛穆克。
